Who this covers

This notice covers plavutskyi.com — the public site of the PLAVUTSKYI digital product studio. It applies when you contact us or send a project brief or estimate.

The instant estimate calculator itself requires no personal data: you get the full result without entering any contact details.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send: your name, an email or Telegram handle, the service or project you're interested in, your brief, an optional budget band and target date, and the page language.

When you attach an estimate, its answers and computed range travel with the brief so nothing is asked twice.

We do not store your raw IP address and we do not build advertising profiles.

Why we use it

To read your request, reply with the right next step, and prepare a fit review or proposal. That's it — we don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in a dedicated database (Supabase, EU region) used only for PLAVUTSKYI inquiries — separate from any product system. A copy of each inquiry is sent to the studio inbox so we can reply.

Anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) verifies that a real person sent the form; it does not track you across sites.

How long we keep it

Active inquiries are kept while we're in contact and for up to 24 months after the last message, then deleted or anonymised. If a project starts, the relevant details move to that project's own agreement and retention.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the data you sent, and to stop contacting you. We act on such requests without undue delay.

To exercise any of these, email the address below with the request and the name/contact you used.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, we publish a new version number here. The version you consented to is recorded with your submission.
