The problem

Most founders and builders ship faster than they learn to explain what they shipped. The product exists; the forty seconds that make someone else understand it do not.

The approach

  • Take a real product apart into a versioned chain of claims and the evidence behind them
  • Show where the understanding is weak — not where the grammar is weak
  • Rehearse against a persona and a clock, with the attempt first and the explanation after
  • Carry the meaning into another language only once it holds in the founder's own

Who it's for

  • Founders who must pitch, demo and defend what they built
  • Builders whose product is stronger than their explanation of it
  • Anyone who understands their work in one language and has to sell it in another

What it's built to give

  • A map of what you can and cannot yet explain about your own product
  • Repetition aimed exactly at what stays weak
  • A short pitch, an FAQ, an objection bank and a demo script that come from your real claims
  • Meaning that survives the move into another language

Scope in development

  • Product Twin built from a permitted source
  • Mastery map of verified, weak and unknown claims
  • Timed missions against a persona
  • Concept-first transfer into another language

What this case does not claim

Boundaries are part of the case. If it's not listed as existing, it isn't claimed.

  • In development — most scenes on the public page are marked as being prepared
  • The open demo and the paid tier are planned, not open
  • Not an English course — it carries across meaning that is already understood
  • No certification and no guaranteed outcome

What I build now.

My attention is on three products: Ryntra, Squadic and RefKit. This page stays as a record of what came before.
