The process

One connected flow. Every stage has a clear outcome, and nothing binding happens without your agreement.

  1. InquiryYou send a short brief or an instant estimate — no contact details needed to get the numbers.
  2. Fit reviewA short call to check the problem is one we're right for. No free system design at this stage.
  3. DiscoveryWe map the scope, constraints and success criteria. For complex work this is a paid step, credited into the build.
  4. Proposal & agreementA fixed scope, price and milestones — written down. Anything outside it is a separate change request.
  5. BuildProduction code, staged previews you can watch, and an agreed number of revisions.
  6. AcceptanceYou review the result against the criteria we agreed and accept it.
  7. HandoffAccounts, code, database and documentation. Ownership of the bespoke work transfers on full payment.
  8. Warranty & supportA warranty window for fixes, and optional ongoing care — separate and written into the scope.

Who owns what

Our default is Hybrid: you control everything your business runs on; our reusable toolkit stays ours. This is set out in the agreement before work starts.

WhatOwner
Your brand, domain, DNS, content and customer dataYou
Production accounts — hosting, database, email, analyticsYou (we join as a collaborator)
The bespoke code, design and files in your scopeTransferred or licensed to you on full payment
Our reusable toolkit, templates and methodsStay ours; you get a license to what's built into your system
Open-source, fonts, stock and third-party servicesTheir own license terms

Under Ukrainian law the rights to commissioned work pass to the client by default, so what stays ours is reserved explicitly in the agreement — that's how we keep giving you a full deliverable without handing over the whole toolkit.

How we transfer access

Production accounts are created in your name from the start. We join as a collaborator with the least access we need — so there's no risky handover at the end, because it was always yours.

Passwords, keys and secrets are never sent over chat, email or a document. They live in your own account or vault and are rotated at handoff.

At handoff you get a tagged release, the database schema and a backup, a deploy runbook, an inventory of settings without secret values, a license list, a short training session and a list of known limits.

Then you decide: run it yourself, or keep us on for care. Either way, our extra access is removed or reduced.

How you pay

Prices are quoted in US dollars as an anchor; for Ukrainian clients the invoice is issued and paid in hryvnia at a fixed rate. Milestones — a deposit to start, the balance before final handoff — are written into the agreement.

  • Monobank (plata by mono)Pay a secure invoice link by card from any bank, in Ukraine or abroad.
  • Apple Pay / Google PayOn the same payment page — no card details to type.
  • Покупка ЧастинамиFor larger projects, split the payment across several months (for Monobank clients).
  • International invoiceFor clients abroad — a bilingual invoice paid by card or bank transfer.

Third-party services — hosting, domain, email, AI usage — are paid from your own accounts or billed transparently with a cap, never open-ended on our card.
